Hey. We're Staci and Steffanee.
We're two therapists who met at a retreat in Bali in early 2026. We went for rest, adventure, an escape, and honestly, for the CEUs (because it felt more okay to do something for ourselves when we could count it as a business expense and call it license renewal).
We bonded pretty quickly during an eye-gazing exercise in one of the trainings. Two Enneagram 7s holding deep, sustained eye contact… if you know, you know.
That week, we met the kind of people you actually want to stay friends with. Not in a forced, exchange-business-cards way. The real kind. People who walk a similar path, who show up fiercely for everyone else, and who are quietly working on the much harder thing: showing up for themselves.
The retreat ended, but the idea didn't. A few weeks after we got home, we were talking about how badly we wanted to build one of our own. Staci found the name. Steffanee grabbed the domain. Wisdom Well Retreats, LLC was born.
We decided to say screw it and go for it. (Okay, that's not exactly the word we used.)
